Earthquake eg. Haiti & Japan,Kobe
Shield vs. Composite volcanoes Low-wide based cone,Gentle slopes, V.runny lava+thin,non violent eruptions,Frequent. Steep sides,Explosive,Less frequent,alternative layers of ash+lava.
Constructive Plate Boundary Plates move away from oneanother. Magma rises through gap, cools and creates new rock. Occurs again, layers solidify + build uo to form volcanoes.
