Humerus | Uppermost and largest bone of the arm extending from the elbow to the shoulder |
Ulna | Inner and larger bone of the forearm attached to the wrist and located on the side of the little finger. |
Radius | Smaller bone in the forearm on the same side as the thumb |
Carpus | The wrist consists of 8 bones |
Metacarpus | Bones of the palm of the hand consists of 5 bones |
Phalanges | Bones of the fingers or toes also called digits |
Femur | heavy long bone that forms the upper leg |
Tibia | the larger of of the two bones in the lower leg it is on the big toe side of the leg |
Fibula | the smaller of the two bones in the lower leg on the little toe side of the leg |
patella | knee cap joint |
talus | ankle bone |
tarsal | bones of the ankle and upper foot 7 bones |
metatarsal | long slender bones of the foot 5 bones |
Hamate | largest bone of the wrist |
Pisaform | Smallest bone of the wrist |
Calcaneus | heel |
Navicular | bone on the top of the upper foot |
cuboid | largest of the four bones of the upper foot |
cuneiforms | 3 smaller bones that make up the upper foot |
scapula | shoulder blade |
clavicle | collar bone |
Plantar surface | sole of the foot |
