format | the appearance and arrangement of text on a page |
font | the shape of letters,numbers,and other characters as they appear on the page |
orientation | describe the direction of the page or the paper that you will print on |
alignment | describes whether the text is lined up on the left,right,center,or across the page |
bulleted list | A series of text that uses characters, such as dots or diamonds, to present info in no particular order |
numbered list | A series of text that uses numbers to present info in a particular order |
margin | the space around the sides,top,and bottom of the paper |
default | a setting that the computer automatically selects unless you change it |
tab | a set distance for moving the insertion point |
indent | determines the distance of a paragraph from either the left or right margin |
