What is "Lead and Support"? One teacher is teaching the lesson while the other teaching is going around the room to help the students.
What is "Station Teaching"? Each teacher is teaching separate content that they each planned, then switch places halfway through the class.
What is "Parallel Teaching"? The two teachers plan the lesson together and separate the class in to two groups while consistently delivering the content.
What is "Alternative Teaching"? The two teachers plan the lesson together and both have equal amount of content knowledge; one teacher teaches large group while the other teaches small groups.
What is "Team Teaching"? Both teachers plan the lesson and present it together equally.
What is "Accommodation"? An accommodation is the act of changing the expectations of how the student learns or presents knowledge being learned; still is required to learn the same material as peers.
What is "Modification"? A modification is where the expectations of the student or the curriculum being presented is altered to meet the student's needs.
What is "Inclusion"? Inclusion is where all types of students are in one classroom being presented with the same skills while both general and special education teachers co-teach together in some way.
What is "Instructional Technology"? “Instructional Technology is the theory and practice of design, development, utilization, management and evaluation of processes and resources for learning.” (Seels and Richey)
What is "Assistive Technology"? Assistive Technology are tools that aid individuals in accomplishing tasks that otherwise might be difficult or impossible for them to accomplish alone.
