Birds

An endothermic vertebrate that has feathers and a four-chambered heart, and lays eggs. Bird

Birds have many of these in additional to their lungs which help them hold more oxygen than any other animals breathing air. Air Sacs
This keeps birds oxygen righ blood separated from the oxygen poor blood. Four-Chambered Heart
