Right effort Be motivated to have clear mind/ have clear thoughts
Right mindfulness Be concerned of yourself/others and do not harm others
Right concentration Focus on what you are doing,don't multi task, focus on one situation at a time
8 fold path Right understanding, right thought, right speech, right action, right work, right effort, right mindfulness, and right concentration
dukka noble truth of suffering, life is full of suffering and undergo suffering
samudava noble truth of the cause;people suffer because they desire things/have envy
niradma noble truth of the end of suffering; possible to end suffering if one is aware of own suffering and gets rid of them
magga noble truth of the path by changing one's thinking; once your realize your desire, you need to change it to end suffering
