Atoms :)

Atoms molecules and chemical equations

Chemical Change It produces a new substance Reactants (In a Chemical Equation) It is a substance that participates in a chemical reaction
Element Products (In a Chemical Equation) It is a substance that is formed as the result of a chemical reaction
Chemical Formula It is a way of expressing information about the atoms that constitute a particular chemical compound. Coefficient (In a Chemical Equation) It is a number placed in front of a term in a chemical equation to indicate how many molecules (or atoms) take part in the reaction
Element (Diatomic) Molecule It is composed only of two atoms, of either the same or different chemical elements Subscript (In a Chemical Equation) They indicate the ratio of elements
Compound Molecule
Law of Conservation of Mass States that mass is neither created nor destroyed in any ordinary chemical reaction Chemical Equation It is the symbolic representation of a chemical reaction where the reactant entities are given on the left hand side and the product entities on the right hand side.
Physical Change It doesnt produce a new substance. Changes the things state or phase Chemical Reaction It is a process that leads to the transformation of one set of chemical substances to another
