Point | an exact location. It is usually represented as a dot, but it has no at all. |
Line | is a straight path that extends without end in opposite directions. |
Plane | a perfectly flat surface that extends infinitly in all directions |
Ray | A part that is a part of a line. It has one endpoint and extends and extends without end in one direction. |
Line Segment | a part of a line on a ray that extends from one endpoint to another. |
Angle | formed by two rays with a common endpoint. |
Vertex | the common point |
Right angle | an angle that measures exactly 90 |
Acute Angle | an angle that measures less than 90 |
Obtuse angle | an angle that measures more than 90 but less than 180 |
Straight Angle | an angle that measures exactly 180 |
Complementary angle | if the sum of two angles measures is 90 |
Supplementary angle | if the sum of measures of two angles is 180 |
Polygon | a closed plane figure formed by three or more line segments |
Regular Polygon | a polygon in which all sides are congruent and all angles are congruent. |
