Solvent | Substance that dissolves the solute to make a solution |
Concentration | The amount of solute in a specific amount of solvent |
Unsaturated Solution | A solution where more solute can be dissolved in |
Saturated Solution | A solution where no more solute can be dissolved in |
Solubility | The amount of solute that can be dissolved in a specific amount of solvent |
Saturation Point | The point where no more solute can be dissolved in |
Aqueous Solution | A solution where water (aqua) is the solvent, a way to remember this is that aqua is water |
Particle Model Of Matter | A model that explains the behavior of all the states of matter (solid, liquid, and gas) |
