Digits | there are 10 digits, in which you can make any # out of |
Prime # | #'s only divisible by itself and 1 |
Absolute value | distance between 0 and that # (always positive) |
Variables/Coefficient | letters in a equation, the coefficient are the #(s) next to a letter |
# divisible by 2 | any even # is divisible by 2 |
# divisible by 3 | sum of digits can be divisible by 3, then it is divisible by 3 |
# divisible by 4 | if the tens and ones digits are divisible by 4 |
#divisible by 5 | last digit is either a 5 or a 0 |
divisible by 6 | last digits are factors of 6 (2&3) |

exponents | multiplying a number by itself by a # of times |
multiplying exponents | add the exponents |
dividing exponents | subtract exponents |
negative exponents | reciprocal of that exponent |
fractional powers | #above the line is most like a real exponent 9 1/2 the two would become the radical of 9 |
power to a power | multiply exponents |
zero power | always equal 1 |
first power | always equals that number |
