| Term | Definition |
| Force | push, pull or twist |
| Mass | the amount of matter of something. (measured in kg, g) |
| Weight | the gravitational pull on mass. (measured in newton) |
| Inertia | an object that continues in its state of rest or uniform motion, unless that state is changed by a larger force. |
| Balanced Force | two forces equally weighed. |
| Unbalanced force | One force is bigger than another force. |
| Gravity | a force pulling an object to a bigger mass. Example; us to Earth |
| Newton | the unit force is measured in. |
| Thrust | the force pushing an object met by friction. |
| Working out the amount of force | F = ma Force = Mass x acceleration. |
| Units | Units are things that tell us what the number represents. |
| Force Multiplier | a small force over a large distance |
| Speed Multiplier | a small force with faster speed |
