refraction	the bending of light rays as they enter a new medium.
color spectrum	different frequency of the colors of light.

crest	the high point on a wave.
trough	the low point on the wave.
wavelength	distance between the highest and lowest point of the wave.
frequency	the number of waves that pass a point in a given amount of time.
amplitude	the distance between mid point and crest or trough.
transevere wave	a wave in wich the crest and trough move at right angels to the direction of the waves travel.
