products | new substance formed as a result of a chemical reaction |
chemical equation | a representation of a chemical reaction using symbols of the elements to indicate the amount of substance, usually in moles, of each reactant and product |
coefficients | A numerical measure of a physical or chemical property that is constant for a system under specified conditions, such as the coefficient of friction. |
synthesis | The combining of separate elements or substances to form a coherent whole. |
molar mass | The sum of the atomic weights of all the atoms in a molecule |
decomposition reaction | separation of a substance into two or more substances that may differ from each other and from the original substance |
single replacement reaction | is a type of oxidation-reduction chemical reaction when an element or ion moves out of one compound and into another |
combustion reaction | A chemical change, especially oxidation, accompanied by the production of heat and light. |
