Diameter | The distance across the circle, through the circle |
Radius | The segment or the length of the segment from the center of a circle to a point on the circumference |
Polygon | A closed figure formed from line segments that meet only at their endpoints |
Congruent | Having exactly the same size and shape |
Isosceles Triangle | A triangle that has at least two congruent sides. |
Equilateral Triangle | A triangle whose sides are all equal |
scalene Triangle | A triangle that has no congruent sides |
Vertex | The point at which two line segment lines or rays meet to form an angle |
Parallel Lines | Always the same distance apart(never touch each other) |
Prism | A 3-d figure that has two congruent and parallel faces that are polygons. The remaining faces are parallelograms |
