| Slope-Intercept form of a line | y = mx + b where y is the dependant variable and x is the independent variable. |
| Function | A relation between to variables where every domain value (x) is mapped to only one range value (y). |
| Standard Form of a line | ax + by = c where y is the dependant variable and x is the independent variable. |
| Parallel Lines | Two lines on the same plane that never intersect that have the same slope. |
| Perpendicular Lines | two intersecting lines that intersect at a 90 degree angle. They will have opposite and reciprocal slopes. |
| Slope Formula | m = y1 - y2 / x1 - x2 where y is the dependant variable and x is the independent variable. |
| Positive Correlation | a relationship between two variables such that as one variable increases, so does the other. |
| Negative Correlation | a relationship between two variables such that as one variable increases, the second variable decreases. |
| Relatively No Correlation | a relationship between two variables such that there is neither a positive nor negative correlation between the variables. |
