Divisibility | when an integer can divide evenly into another with no remainder |
factor | An integer that divides into another integer exactly is called this |
exponents | shows repeated multiplication |

composite number | an integer greater than 1 with more than 2 factors. |

equivalent fractions | fractions that are of equal value |
simplest form | when the numerator and denominator have no other factors in common other than 1. |
rational number | any number you can write as a quotient of 2 integers. |
scientific notation | a convenient way to write large numbers using powers of 10. |
