what is the first step of muscle contraction?   In step one of muscle contractions, nerve impulses cause the synaptic vesicle to release (ACH)

what is the second step of muscle contractions?   in the second step of muscle contraction, ACH diffuses through the synaptic cleft, this starts an impulse which spreads over the sacrolemma.

what is the third step of muscle contraction?   in the third step of muscle contraction, the impulse passes through the transverse tubule and to the sarcoplasmic reticulum which releases CA+ ions into the sarcoplasm.

what is the fourth step of Muscle contraction?   in the fourth step. CA+ ions combine with troponin causing troponin-tropomyosin complex to move exposing myosin binding sites on actin.

What is the fith step of muscle contraction?   In the fith step of muscle contractions, the ATP which is released activates the cross bridge which connects with myosin binding sites on actin and causes the cross bridge to move towards the H zone.
