| Otis Amber | He is an old man delivery boy for Sunset Towers. Hangs out with his partner Crow a lot.

| Sandy McSouthers | A very old doorman. He lost his job at the Westing Paper Mill . Good friends with Turtle Wexler. Is partners with Judge J.J. Ford.

| J.J. Ford | Is an African American judge for the government. Is a very serious person. Gave both $10,000 to her partner Sandy McSouthers.
