Distant, Yet Approachable | The coach exhibiting the distant, yet approachable style maintains a detachment or aloofness from the players, while still being prepared to listen to player concerns if approached. This style makes it easier to make and deal with the hard desicions. |
Delegatory/Democratic | This coach uses a range of support staff with expertise in various fields. The delegatory/democratic style is often seen at the elite level due to the high level of expertise required. An elite sporting club might employ a variety of positional coaches. |
