What is the Bill of Rights? | The first ten amendments of the US Constitution. |
What are the five parts of the first amendment? | Freedom of Speech/Expression, Freedom of Religion, Freedom of Press/Media, Freedom to peacefully assemble and Freedom to petition the government. |
What's the second amendment? | Right to bear arms. |
What is the 3rd amendment? | The government cannot force you to house soldiers without your consent. Protects us from the Quartering Act. |
What is the 4th amendment? | The right against unreasonable search and seizures of person's and property |
What is the 5th amendment? | Right to Due Process of Law. A.K.A your day in court. The government can't try anyone for the same crime twice (Double Jeopardy) or make the accused take the stand to incriminate themselves. |
