Question | Answer |
Judge Duties: If a dog displays THREATENING OR MENACING BEHAVIOR toward a person in the ring; a dog at the start line; or leaves the ring and displays these behaviors toward a person or dog outside of the ring: | Judge must EXCUSE the dog from the ring and mark “EXCUSED” in the catalog; stating the reason. • Send the Director of Agility; a written report of the incident along with the judge's trial report. |

Judge Duties: If a dog ATTACKS any person in the ring or ATTACKS the judge while being measured: | The judge must DISQUALIFY the dog, and mark “DISQUALIFED” in the catalog, stating the reason. • The judge must submit to the Director of Agility, a written report of the incident along with the judge’s trial report. |

The Event Committee MUST consider disqualification of the dog and must complete a DOG AGGRESSION – ACTION BY EVENT COMMITTEE form (AEDSQ4), which must be FAXED to AKC Event Operations within 72 hours of the incident. |

Event Committee MUST consider disqualification of the dog, and must complete a DOG AGGRESSION – ACTION BY EVENT COMMITTEE form (AEDSQ4), which must be FAXED to AKC Event Operations within 72 hours of the incident. |

Dogs that cannot be measured | Any dog that is unable to be measured by the judge of record (JOR) due to aggression must be excused by the judge of record. Dogs that cannot be measured for any other reason by the JOR should receive an NQ in the catalog for all classes entered that day. |
Aframe Height for Small Dogs | 4” and 8” jump heights; which shall have the A-Frame set to within 1 inch of 5 feet 0 inches. |

See Saw Drop | Check that it hits the ground in less than 3 seconds when a 3-pound weight is placed 12 inches from the raised end. Clubs must provide a 3 lb. weight and stopwatch to check setting. Club provides materials to fix (ex. Duct tape/fasteners; weights; etc). |
