Term | Definition |
Muscular endurance | is the ability of the skeletal muscles to contract repeatedly over a period of time. |
Muscular Strength | is the ability of a muscle group to exert maximum force against a given resistance. |
Cardiovascular endurance | is the ability of the heart, lungs and blood vessels to deliver oxygen to working muscles and tissues, as well as the ability of those muscles and tissues to utilize that oxygen. |

Body composition | refers to the make up of lean tissue and fat tissue in the body. |
