lunar eclipse | when earth is directly between the moon and the sun. (occurs at a full moon) |
tides | the rise and fall of water |
gravity | the force pulls the moon and the earth towards each other. |
spring tides | tides with the greatest difference between high and low tides. |
neap tides | tides with the least difference between high and low tides |
