Fine Adjustment Knob   Moves the tube up and down, but only slightly.

Coarse Adjustment Knob   Moves the tube up and down to focus.

Arm   Supports the body tube.

Base   Holds up the entire microscope.

Mirror   Reflects light into the tube.  
🗑
Nose Piece   Holds the objective lenses.
