| When do you start your spike approach? | When the ball is at its highest point you start your approach.

| How do you spike? | Start with your right leg out and then your left leg (like your running)and bring your hands above your head, jump with all you got, swing with your right hand at the ball(with your hand open). Then land on your feet...together! :)

| What is a helpful thing that you wear on your knees? | kneepads

| How do you serve? | Place one hand under the ball and the other hand will hold the ball, then hit it with great force!!!

| Is volleyball a "one person" kind of game? | No!!! You need other people to play with you! Because then it would be impossible to get anywhere. Play as a team!
