tricuspid stenosis   results in the narrowing of the orifice of the tricuspid valve of the heart. It is almost always caused by rheumatic fever and is generally accompanied by mitral stenosis.

ebstein malformation of the tricuspid valve   characterized primarily by abnormalities of the tricuspid valve and right ventricle. For unknown reasons, it occurs with higher frequency in infants of mothers who take lithium during early pregnancy. is about 1 in 50K to 200K w/o gender preference
