Voluntary Muscles   The muscles that are under your control like, smiling, turning a page in a book.

Skeletal Muscles   Are attached to the bones of your skeleton.

Cadiac muscles   This tissue has charerteristics in common with both smooth and skeletal muscles.

Skin   Covers the body and prevents the lose of water, it protects the body from injury and infection, also helps the to regul;ate body temperature, elimate wastes, gather information about the enviroment, and produces vitamin D.

Smooth Muscles   Involuntary muscles that work automatically to control many types of movements inside your body.

Epidermis   Is the outermost layer of the skin, very thin.

Melanin   A pigment, or colored substance, that gives skin it's color.

Pores   Sweat glands that produce perspiration, which reaches the surface through openings.

Follicles   Strands of hair grow within the dermis in structures.  
🗑
Cancer   A disease in which some body cells divide uncontrollably.  
🗑
Acne   One bacterial infection of the skin that can be difficult to control.
