Depression | Moving a body part downward - second part of shrugging your shoulders.

Supination | Moving the palm so that it faces up.

Pronation | Rotating the palm so it faces down.

Plantarflexion | Flexing the foot downward - pointing the toes.

Dorsiflexion | Bringing the foot upward - Flexing your foot.

Inversion | Bringing the sole of the foot inward - as during a side kick.

Eversion | Bringing the sole of the foot outward.

Why body motions are important to know | To understand what caused an injury, learning a new move, grappling techniques and other new moves
