anti-constipation   treat constipation by high fiber, emmulsification, wetting or stimulant laxatives

anti-histamine or antiemitic   treat nausea, vomiting or motion sickness by blocking histamine or h1 receptors and muscarinic or m1 receptors

antacid   treat heartburn or indegestion by neutralizing acid that is pumped into the stomach following a meal

histamine 2 blockers   treat heartburn, GERD by blocking histamine 2 or h2 which caused a reduction in the production of stomach acid

proton pump inhibitors   treat heartburn, reflux or GERD by blocking or stopping almost 100% of stomach acid production
