What kind of papers should reports be keyed on?   plain white bond paper , 8.5 by 11 inches. Keying should be done on only 1 side of each sheet. Double space all reports, each page in the body after the first should be numbered

The left margin measures   1.5 inches - for binding

the top, bottom, and right margins of all pages except the first should measures   1 inch

Main headings   1)displayed in all-capital letters 2)centered, and 3)keyed on separate lines. Two blank lines are used above main headings and one blank line below them

subheadings   keyed in capital and small letters. 2 blank lines above, 1 blank line below. However, if a main heading is before the subheading, the only one blank line is above. If you bold the subheading, then don't underline it
