Pregnancy safety Category C. Do not use routinely in cardiac arrest. |
| INCOMPATABILITIES/DRUG INTERACTIONS |
May worsen arrhythmias secondary to digitalis toxicity. May antagonize the effects of verapamil. Do not mix with or infuse immediately before or after sodium bicarbonate without intervening flush. |
