Strength | Maximum force a muscle can apply in one contraction

Flexibility | Range of movement possible at a joint

Body Composition | Measurement of fat content, body shape

Cardiovascular Endurance | The ability of the heart, lungs and blood vessels to supply the large muscles with oxygen and remove waste products. (Ability to continue the work over a long period of time - cross country running)

Muscular Endurance | The ability of specific muscles to work many times without fatigue. (The length of time the muscle work determine your muscular endurance)
