Light Source | The light that helps you see the slide better

Eye Piece | The lens at the top of the microscope that you look into
By itself it magnifies the slide 10x

Arm | The part of the microscope that connects the tube to the base, when you carry a microscope you hold the arm & base

Stage | The flat plate where the prepared slides are placed for observations
🗑

||||
Coarse Adjustment | Largest focus knob, only use when on small objective [power]

||||
Fine Adjustment | Used when on the highest objective [power] for fine tuning
🗑

||||
Base | The bottom support of the microscope, when you carry a microscope you hols the base & arm
