Purpose   problem that the lab activity is designed to solve, usually in the form of a question.

Record/Analyze Data   written information and measurements taken during the experiment.

Drawing Conclusions   result of the experiment using evidence to support or disprove your hypothesis.

Repeat   conduct the experiment again to make sure all data is correct.

Observations   what a person performing the experiment tastes, hears, smells, sees or measures.
