Mean | Average: Add all values and divide by the number of values.

Median | Middle: Put numbers in order from least to greatest. Mark off high and low values until you reach the middle. If there are 2 middles, add them and divide by 2.

Mode | Most: Put numbers in order from least to greatest. Find the number that appears the most. There may be more than one mode, or there may be no mode.

Range | Difference: Put numbers in order from least to greatest. Subtract the lowest number from the highest number.

Mean Absolute Deviation | The average of the distances of each value from the mean of the data set.

Calculating Mean Absolute Deviation | Find the mean of all values.
Find the distance of each value from that mean.
Find the mean of those differences.
