Description
Purpose   What is the purpose of this exercise? Muscular strength, endurance, flexibility, cardio

Joints & Action   Joint should be used for the purpose it was designed and range of motion should be within the individuals normal range & appropriate for the activity

Agonist & Contraction type   In some cases there may be more than one muscle acting as the prime mover (leg extension)  
🗑
Antagonist   Slows down or stops the movement created by the agonist. Assists in joint stabilization. Must be flexible enough to allow agonist to contract and strong enough to lengthen safely against force of agonist

Safe   Exercises should be controlled at all times  
🗑
Balanced   Concentrically / Eccentrically. Agonist / Antagonist. Strength / Stretch capabilities. Exceptions are knee (unstable) and hip (always in use, concentrate on stretching)

Can it be used as is   Exercises or movements that may put a participant at risk for injury should be eliminated
