Answer
Studying 15 minutes times 4 days = 2 hours of studying!   Leave a few study cards where you will see and use them often such as on the dinner table / in the bathroom / in the car / etc.
🗑
Quiz a parent. It is more engaging, and just as effective as a parent quizzing you!   Start a study group with one or more friends.
🗑
Writing and drawing to study is much more effective then reading to study.   Spend as much time on homework and studying as you do on screen time!
🗑
Changing subjects often has been proven to be an effective study strategy.   Check out library books related to what you are trying to learn. Historical fiction is a great way to help you learn history.
🗑
Study cards with the 0/1 system - study until the cards have five tally marks.   Rewrite information in a different form. Change a graph to a paragraph. Change a paragraph to a chart or drawing.
🗑
Set time goals to study or do homework. Reward yourself with a short break when you reach a goal. (example: on focus for 20 minutes)   Teach it to a younger sibling.
