Gas | A phase of matter with no definite size, shape or texture. It fills its container quickly because its molecules travel rapidly

Evaporation | The change of a substance from a liquid to a gas

Condensation | The process by which a gas changes to a liquid as it cools

Plasma | A stage of mattter relating to highly ionized gases
