| Anemia | A condition in which the number of red blood cells decrease or the amount of hemoglobin decreases.

| Hemmoragic Anemia | Anemia due to loss of blood.

| Iron Deficiency Anemia | Develops due to a deficiency of dietary iron.

| Folic Acid Deficiency Anemia | Develops when there is a dietary deficiency of folic acid

| Pernicious Anemia | Results from the body's inability to absorb vitamin B12

| Blood Poisoning | The presence of harmful substances such as bacteria and toxins in the blood.

| Ecchymosis | A bruise

| Hemophilia | A hereditary deficiency of factor VIIII or the hemophilic factor resulting in impaired ability to clot blood and severe bleeding episodes.

| Polycythemia | Many blood cells, due to overproduction of blood cells(usually red) in the bone marrow.

| Aplastic Anemia | A decrease in RBC's because of impaired bone marrow activity.
