Paraplatin (Carboplatin) | Given after taxanes to decrease effects of myelosuppression |
Eloxatin (Oxaliplatin) | May require calcium and magnesium infusions to reduce neurotoxicity; Patients should avoid exposure to cold when receiving this med. |

Blenoxane (Bleomycin) | Lifetime dose = 400 units. Test dose is recommended. Patients should have pulmonary function test prior to initiation. |
Paclitaxel (Taxol) | Must use non-PVC bag and an inline .22 micron filter. Given first when administered with any 'Platin'. |
Docetaxel (Taxotere) | Administer drug using non-PVC bag; however NO filter is required. |
