Smooth Muscle Tissue | found in many organs of our body - bladder, intestines, blood vessels, etc. Control is involuntary. |
Cardiac Muscle Tissue | found in the heart only. Control is involuntary. |
Skeletal Muscle Tissues | found attached to our skeleton - biceps, triceps, abs, quadriceps, etc. (the muscles you work out). Controls is voluntary. |

Veins | blood vessels that return blood to the heart |

Dermis | Middle layer of skin that contains nerves, hair follicles, sweat glands, etc. |
Blood | Transports oxygen & nutrients to the cells; Contains white blood cells which help fight infection |
