What is a color wheel? | Shows how colors are related to each other |
What is intensity? | The brightness or dullness of a color. |
What are secondary colors? | Violet green and yellow |
What are intermediate and tertiary colors? | when you mix equal parts of 1 primary and 1 secondary color |
what is tint? | a value lighter than that on a color wheel. |
what is shade? | A value darker than that on a color wheel. |
what are the 3 color schemes? | monochromatic, complimentary and analogous. |
what is monochromatic? | 1 hue with different tints and shades. |
what is complimentary? | 2 colors that are directly across from each other on the color wheel. |
what is analogous? | 3 or more colors next to each other on the color wheel. |
what are the three types of color? | warm colors, neutral colors and cool colors. |
what are the 5 basic skin tones? | black, red-brown, yelloew-brown, yellow and white. |
what are the 4 main hair colors? | blonde, red, brunette and black. |
what are the 7 main eye colors? | black, blue violet, blue, grey, green, hazel, and brown. |
what are the 6 different body shapes? | triangle, inverted triangle, rectangle, hourglass, diamond and round. |
what are the intermediate colors? | red-violet, blue-violet, blue-green, yellow-green, yellow-orange and red-orange. |

what color do you use to shade? | black |
what are the three warm colors? | red, orange and yellow |
