Area of 2D shapes

Area of a parallelogram? Area= base*perp height Parallelogram = 2 parallel sides
Area of Triangle? A = B*H/2 OR 0.5*B*H
Area of Square and Rectangle? Area = Length*Width
Area of a Trapezium? A = 0.5*(sum of parallel sides) x perp height Trapezium = 1 parallel side
