leaking the escape of liquid or gas from a hole or crack; a leaking pipe
clogged a blocked tube or opening; a clogged sink
peeling loss of an outer layer or covering; peeling paint
cracked something split or broken; a cracked mirror
loose not firmly fastened or fixed in place; loose floor tiles
damaged loss of function; a damaged roof
worn showing the effects of wear; the carpet is old and worn; 'worn out'
stained discolored by dirt or liquid; a stained ceiling
repairman somebody whose job is making repairs; repairperson
electrician someone who works on, or fixes electrical components
exterminator someone who gets rid of insects or rodents
tenant the renter living in an apartment or house
