What are the Beatitudes? They are a verbal portrait of God. Going out of your way to to good. Folling them is a sure way to get to heaven
What are the ten commandments? Are rules God gave to the Jewish people through Moses. They are there to get us to heaven.
What is the first commandment and what does it mean? It is to love God above all else. We should believe and trust in him because he created everything.
What is Faith? It is the knowledge of things unseen, the assurance of things hoped for. It is things that the intellect cannot understand and with things that cannot be proven by science.
What are sins against faith? They are committed when a person dies, rejects, or doubts God.
What is Hope? Is the habit of relying on Gods mercy. It is the trust in God's promise of heaven and in his help to get there.
What are the two sins against hope? Despair is a lack of hope, where a person does not belief enough in Gods mercy to get them to heaven. Presumtion where a person does not belief enough in God justice.
What is virtue of religion It is the habit of offering to God the praise, honor, and worship that he deserves
What is charity? is the habit of loving God and loving others for Gods sake.
