What is the main job of the executive branch? Execute,enforce,and carry out the laws
Who helps the president? Cabinet departments, federal agencies, regulatory groups
Cabinet departments -made up of the Pres. closest advisors -meets w/ Pres. on a reg. basis (to give advice) -proposes ideas that he thinks should be laws
Federal agencies Report to Pres. and help him execute the laws (FBI->Department->President)
Regulatory groups Help the Pres. to contol people and buisiness who may try to break the law (EPA)
