Is project management is iterative process? Project Management plan is iterative and goes through progressive elaboration through out the project's life cycle.
What is progressive elaboration? Progressive Elaboration allows a project management team to manage to a greater level of details as the project evolves.
What is Portfolio Management A portfolio refers to a collection of projects or program and other work that are grouped together to facilitate effective management of that work to meet strategic business objectives.
Describe Portfolio Management in more detail? Portfolio management refers to the centralized management of one or more portfolio which includes: Identifying, prioritizing, authorizing, managing and controlling. projects, program and other related work achieve specific strategic business objective.
