Drug Dependence and Addiction

Disulfiram inhibits aldehyde dehydrogenase, preventing metabolism of acetaldehyde

Desipramine inhibit reuptake of 5HT and NE from the synaptic cleft
Fluoxetine Selectively inhibit reuptake of 5HT from the synaptic cleft
