Mass The amount of matter in the sample
Matter Anything that occupies space and has mass
Volume How much room the sample takes up in space

Specific Heat THe heat capacity of 1 gram of a substance

Temperature in Kelvin K= 273 + degrees Celsius
Energy Measurement 1 calorie = 4.186 joules
