What is a product? Product is everything both favorable and unfavorable, that a person recieves is an exchange.
Give at least one example of a product. Tangible good.
What is a business product? Business product is a product used tomanufacture other goods or services, to facilitate an organization's operations, or to resell to other consumers.
What is a consumer product? A consumer product is a product brought to satisfy an individuals personalneeds or wants.
What is a convenience product? A convenience product is a relatively inexpensive item that merits little shopping effort.
What is a shopping product? A shopping product is a product that requires comparison shopping,because it is usuallymore expnsive and found in fewer stores.
What is a specitality product? A specitality product is a particular item for which consumers search extensivelyand are reluctant to accept substitutes.
What is an unsought product? A unsought product is a product unknown to the potential buyer or a known product that the buyer does not actievly seek.
What is a product item? Aproduct item is a specific version of a product that can be designated as a distinct offering among an organizations products.
What is a product line? A product line is agroup of closely related product items.
What is a product mix? A product mis is all products an orginization sells.
Give one example of Benefits. Advertising Economics
What is the product mix width? The product mix width is the number of product lines an orginization offers.
What is product line depth? Product line depth is the number of product items in a product line.
What is planned obsolence? Planned obsolence is the practice of modifying products so those that have already been sold become obsolete before they acutally need replacement.
What is brand? Brand is a name, etc. thereof that identifies a seller's products and differeientiates them from competitor's products.
What is branding? branding is a brand name, brandmark, brand equity,global brand.
Name one benefit of branding. Product identification
Name on type or branding. Ingredient Branding
What is the symbol for trademark? TM
What are the types of labeling? Persuasive and Informational
What are universal product codes? Universal product coeds are series of think and think vertical lines(bar codes).
